What we collect on this website

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into our demo-request and trial-request forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, approximate subscriber count and any message you include.

The website has no user accounts, no login, and sets no tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, it is cookieless and aggregate — page views and referrers, not identified individuals.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend (resend.com), our email delivery processor. The submission is used to respond to your request — scheduling a demo, provisioning a trial, preparing a quote — and for no other purpose.

We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Data in the products

Dream Radius and NAT Syslog are installed on servers our customers own and operate. Subscriber records, RADIUS data, billing ledgers and NAT logs live in the customer's own databases. We are not a processor of that data and cannot access it.

Licensed installations periodically contact our license server to validate their license. That check-in carries the license identity, a machine fingerprint and capacity counts (such as the number of active customers against the licensed limit) — it does not carry subscriber personal data.

Retention

Lead emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. If you want your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
